Skinora Beauty delivers orders across Pakistan through third-party courier companies.
Service Area
We currently deliver to supported locations within Pakistan.
Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may be unavailable or may require additional time or charges.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.
Processing may take longer during:

- Eid holidays
- Public holidays
- High-order periods
- Stock verification
Order Confirmation
Skinora Beauty may confirm orders through:

Cash on Delivery orders may not be dispatched until confirmation is completed.
Unconfirmed orders may be placed on hold or cancelled.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Lahore and major cities: 2 to 5 business days
- Other cities: 3 to 7 business days
- Remote areas: 4 to 10 business days
These times are estimates and may vary.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be:
- Displayed at checkout
- Shown on the product page
- Included in the promotional offer, or
- Communicated during confirmation
Free delivery applies only when clearly mentioned in the offer.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and supported locations.
Customers should:
- Provide an active phone number.
- Provide a complete address.
- Keep the payment ready.
- Receive the parcel promptly.
- Respond to courier calls.
The courier may not permit the parcel to be opened before payment.
This depends on the courier company’s rules.
Advance Payment
Skinora Beauty may request advance payment in situations such as:
- High-value orders
- Remote locations
- Repeated refused COD orders
- Custom or special orders
- Orders containing multiple quantities
- Areas with limited COD service
Tracking Information
Once an order is dispatched, tracking information may be sent through:
- SMS
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may occasionally be delayed.
Correct Address
Customers must provide:
- House or shop number
- Street or road
- Area
- City
- Nearby landmark, where helpful
- Active contact number
Skinora Beauty is not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
Failed Delivery
A delivery may fail when:
- The customer does not answer the courier’s call.
- The address is incorrect.
- The customer is unavailable.
- The customer refuses the parcel.
- Access to the delivery location is restricted.
- The customer has moved from the address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to customer-related reasons, additional delivery charges may apply before resending.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Courier congestion
- Weather
- Public holidays
- Strikes
- Road closures
- Political or security conditions
- Natural disasters
- Remote-area operations
- Incorrect address information
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Skinora Beauty will assist with courier follow-up but cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.
Parcel Inspection
Customers should inspect the parcel’s outer packaging at delivery.
If the parcel appears:
- Opened
- Torn
- Wet
- Crushed
- Resealed
- Severely damaged
the customer should document it through photographs or video and contact us immediately.
Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Items
Missing, damaged, leaking or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photographs
- Unboxing video
- Description of the issue
Claims are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Ownership and Risk
Responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer after successful delivery, except where the product was damaged before delivery or an incorrect item was supplied.
