Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Skinora Beauty. We value our customers and aim to provide original, properly packed and high-quality beauty and personal-care products.
Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, makeup, cosmetics, hair-care and personal-care products can only be returned or exchanged in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or leaking product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- You received an expired product.
- A product is missing from your parcel.
- The delivered item is materially different from the item ordered.
- The product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Evidence
For damaged, incorrect, missing or incomplete orders, the customer must provide:
- Order number
- Registered phone number
- Clear photographs of the outer parcel
- Clear photographs of the received product
- A continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened
- A brief explanation of the issue
Claims may be declined if sufficient evidence is not provided.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened products
- Used or tested products
- Products with broken seals
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Products stored incorrectly by the customer
- Products returned without prior approval
- Clearance products marked as non-returnable
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products rejected due to personal preference
- Products rejected because the customer selected the wrong shade
- Products with minor packaging differences caused by manufacturer updates
For health and hygiene protection, opened cosmetics, skincare and personal-care items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Shade Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct foundation, concealer, BB cream or makeup shade.
A product cannot be returned or exchanged solely because the shade does not match the customer’s skin tone, provided that the correct ordered shade was delivered.

Please provide your order number and supporting evidence.
Do not return a parcel without receiving approval and return instructions from Skinora Beauty.
Unauthorised parcels may not be accepted.
Inspection and Approval
Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it.
We will notify the customer whether the return, exchange or refund has been approved or rejected.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Refund Method
Approved refunds may be processed through:
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- Original online payment method, where available
- Store credit, with the customer’s agreement
The customer may be required to provide accurate account details for the refund.
Refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
The time required for the amount to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Delivery Charges
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless:
- Skinora Beauty sent an incorrect item.
- The item was damaged before delivery.
- The parcel was incomplete due to our error.
Where a return is due to our mistake, Skinora Beauty will bear the reasonable return-delivery cost.
For other approved returns, the customer will be responsible for return courier charges.
Exchanges
An approved exchange is subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may be offered:
- An alternative product
- Store credit
- A refund
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. The customer may need to receive the parcel and follow the approved return procedure, where applicable.
Cash on Delivery Refusal
Customers are requested to place orders carefully.
Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may:
- Be required to pay delivery charges in advance.
- Be restricted from placing future COD orders.
- Be required to make full advance payment.
